Orange Dot/Beginners:

The orange dot class uses less-pressured tennis balls that are perfect for beginners. This class focuses on fundamentals to allow students to gain confidence and consistency as they work towards rallying. Instruction includes stroke technique, grips, court positioning, serving, footwork and balance. Orange dot classes are designed for the beginner player who has limited experience – ages 6 – 9. (ages are approximate. Talk to Coach Keith if you aren’t sure about your child’s level).

Mondays and Thursday 4:00 – 5:00

Green Dot/Intermediate:

Green dot classes are for players who have 2 – 3 years of experience (general rule of thumb) and who are able to rally/play points, understand scoring and are able to hit a variety of shots consistently. These players are beginning to place the ball in different zones of the court and are beginning to develop specialty shots as well as engage in match play.

Mondays and Thursdays 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.

High Performance

Our High Performance classes are for intermediate to advanced players who can rally consistently and are working on advanced stroke techniques, conditioning, mental skills and strategy. This is an invitation-only class for players who are competitive at the middle and high school level and/or are playing tournaments.

Mondays and Thursdays 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
