Greetings to all Tega Cay Tennis members,
Some exciting new activities are happening at the Tega Cay Tennis Clubhouse. A tennis facility management company will be running the tennis operation effective immediately. We began staffing the clubhouse during limited hours starting December 1. Please stop by and say hello.

By January the clubhouse will be offering some food and drink items, tennis supplies such as balls, grips, dampeners, apparel, equipment including racquets, and stringing service. Flyers will soon be available in the clubhouse and online with a new programming schedule for 2009. Be sure to check here often for updates to the calendar and newsletter.

Welcome new tennis pro Bryan Hartley!
Bryan is a USPTA certified instructor and has taught all ages and abilities from the 5-year-old tots through top nationally ranked juniors and world ranked players. Bryan and his wife moved to Charlotte in 2002, where he took the position as Tennis Director at the Jewish Community Center. He was in charge of a large lesson program that included a dozen league teams and a large junior program of over 100 weekly participants. Prior to moving to Charlotte Bryan was the Tennis Director at a club in Olympia, Washington where he is originally from.

Bryan was a top ranked junior in the Pacific Northwest and has been a hitting partner to many top pros including Andy Roddick, James Blake and many others. Over the past 14 years Bryan has been playing 4.5 and 5.0 tournaments and leagues, until a severe knee injury put him out for all of 2008.
